SPRAywash

Spray Wash is a start-up based in Lima, Peru that aims to wash cars without using water and employ street washers in the local community to help them earn a livable wage. The reason behind the proprietary spray used to wash cars is to help combat the lack of water in the country that experiences droughts and water shortages that impact 3 million Peruvians. The goal of the Hyperion Council was to create a marketing plan, build a financial model, and analyze the future opportunities that Spray Wash had to expand. Working closely with both the CEO and CFO, our Titans had the chance to see how they washed cars and employed the underprivileged. In the end, we were able to provide deliverables, while also helping Spray Wash achieve its mission of employing the underprivileged and donating to cases aimed at helping provide water to those who didn't have access before.

MUJer valiente

Hyperion’s 2018 International Trip took the Titans to Peru where they concluded a semester long engagement with Mujer Valiente, an NGO that seeks to fund preventative programs for women who experience domestic violence in the country. Over the course of the semester, the Titans worked closely with Mujer Valiente’s founders to understand the business and current bottlenecks impeding future growth. This culminated in the development and presentation of a business plan, basic financial model, inventory and sales management tools, and comprehensive growth and marketing strategy, which the organization has begun to implement since the completion of the engagement.
